October... I recall a curse from October last year quite clearly. We were stuck in formal wear and masks; I was told that they was related to that 'Halloween' festival. Those masks were very beautiful. It was a little inconvenient, being unable to remove them, but it was far from the worst we have experienced and it was certainly pleasant to see the many types the magic of this place conjured up.
I remember some of the sweet treats we got to eat as well, particularly the bat-shaped biscuits. Considering the bat I share my home with, it is hardly surprising that such should remain in my memory.
[He makes an amused hum.]
Perhaps the Halloween festival will affect a curse this year, as well.
[There is a pause, and then he adds:]
Gracia, I have a surprise for you... if you want it.
